If the comeback comes out the mechanics pay, that changes everything!! Its their responsibity to do it right. In Australia, I know the repair industry is corrupt, it sounds like things must be a lot more honest in the USA.

Do you mechanics get paid a 'bonus' if they get more jobs done each day John?

Yep, the jobs don't end up as a "comeback". Plus some customers will tip you for a job well done.
