stubborn bolts

Has anyone came up with a good solution for removing bolts say the large stainlesss bolts from the pump housing when they're stuck? I know from previous experience, If you force them they, they will break off. Any good tricks out there?

spray them liberally with PB blaster.

Let soak.. try again..

I had a real problem with the pump bolts in a 550 pump.. the long skinny kind that corroded and just twisted when trying to remove them. I sprayed them down, let them soak for 5 mins, then tried again.. night and day difference.. the other 3 came right out
