What octane rating should I be using for my 1995 Daytona 640, bone stock?

I would be interested in knowing the same thing for my 1999 1100li. Thanks!

        Re: Octane rating

Along the fuel question, what about with or without ethanol?

          Re: Octane rating

With a blended fuel you always have to go up one notch - so 89.

Now the all gas contains ethanol, the answer is to use 89 octane fuel? The Wawa gas stations around here post signs for boaters to research their fuel needs....

Yes, it's recommended if the blend you are using is warning of the need.

                Re: Octane rating

I always use 89, just in case the ski sits for a period of time and the octane degrades.
