640 in lake today and right back out

Finally got my 96 Monte Carlo to run. You don't want to know how......Okay, I'll tell. I put a couple of drops of octane booster down each spark plug hole and it fired right up. So I put it in the lake today. After about 6 turns around the lake, my driveshaft bearing started making noise, this was just replaced last season, but I neglected to replace the expensive driveshaft which was scored and is worse now. I thought I could get by and I did for one summer. Now, where do I get the best price on a driveshaft? Will one from a 95 Tigershark work??

P.S. I have learned my lesson. If you got it apart and it looks like it needs replacing.....Just do it.

It did run just great though.

You should get the update kit that has the new threaded coupler for the engine, driveshaft, seal carrier, ect.

That is what I have. The shaft threads into the coupler.
But, I can't find anywhere to get just the driveshaft.
