96 Monte Carlo 900 carb specs?

I own two 96 Monte Carlo 900's. Can someone verify the following information on carb specs:

Needle and Seat (2.0)?
Hi speed jet size (102.5)?
Lo speed jet size (77.5)?
Hi speed adjuster turns (1)?
Lo speed adjuster turns (1)?
Spring (80 g - black)?
Pop-Off pressure (21 psi)?

Not looking for extra performance, just reliability and ease of starting. Any tips on making these beasts to start easier is greatly appreciated. Out on the lakes around Dallas, TX!

Put a primer kit on while you have them off. It will start in 2sec.
