Steering Alignment ?

The tigershark 1996 Monte Carlo 770 I have steering is out of alignment I need to cut it to the left to go straight! If I keep her steering straight it pulls to the right.( By the way I'm the Bro in law who dumped oil in the magneto case lol!) I noticed on the back by the jet there is a steel rood with a nut that looks like it adjusts the steering? Am I close? I did some searching but didn't find anything on this thanx in advance.B-I-L
PS Took a look at the video but hard to see the actuall "joint " he talks about to adjust!

Under the handelbars where the steering cable atached to the metal bracket you can adjust it there.
