  • Flushing a bi-directional tigershark

OK I've read most of the flushing post, I've watched the SBT videos and I double checked my manuals on flushing But...

Question is it better to flush the ski backwards ie water source attached to the outlet (left side 94 TigerShark Barracuda) or to flush by using the Tigershark Deluxe flush kit which is a quick connect attachment that hooks into the system just prior to the water filter.

The later is the natural flow for water thru the ski and would seem to be the best answer but the deluxe kit hose adaptor also fits into the threaded water outlet on the left side...

    Should I do both ?
Any advantage to one vs the other ?

I just got this beast put back together (bought it as a basket case) and tomorrow may be my first outing with it if the weather behaves...

    Wish me luck....
    May Old TigerSharks never die...
(3 seaters are just no fun - Heck Thats what boats are for)

The idea is ti Backflush the system, in order to pus han contaminants out of the cooling system, so the best choice will be to go with the reverse of normal cooling flow.
