hole in bottom of motor?

shoul i patch the hole or get a new pan or something? also am putting new top
end and want to pre mix can anyone tell me how to go about doing this. How do
the main bearings get lubricated if u premix any help would be greatly appreciated i have a 96 640 tigershark thanks
