Please help me with a date

I know nothing about these things but can't wait to learn. I was told this is a 1994 , is it? Can you tell how many cc's it is. And last I want to start it. Is there a place to hook a garden hose so I can?

Looks like a 95 Daytona check the last two numbers in the Vin code. They had a 640 engine. The water hook-up is on the leftside. Make sure start the engine first then turn on the water...when your done turn the water off first then the engine. If you don't it will fill the engine with water.
