tigershark daytona 1000 how to set or check timming

putting together 1997 daytona 1000. the service manual mentions a ignition timing spec. of 19 btdc how do you check this or adjust?

If there is a hole with a plug in it on top of the fly wheel housing, you would remove the plug to varify timing at a given rpm, the servive manual will give you the correct timing numbers and at the correct rpm to check it.
