97' Tiger Shark M/C 1000 drive shaft coupler

I have a 1997' Tiger Shark Monte Carlo 1000, I am trying to get the drive shaft out of the coupler, it seems to have to be unscrewed, is there a holding tool for the coupler so you can unscrew the drive shaft. Need HELP.:(

use a chain wrench(vise grip) works great. some use a rope in the cylinder to stop the engine from spinning, also effective.
