Reinstalling engine to 97 Montego DLX 640

Hi, I am alittle nervous about putting the engine back together and back in the ski by myself. I did not take the ski apart or see it done so i have no idea how anything came off like the drive shaft is there a special tool to hold it or what and does the shaft just go right back into the impeller? Also what about engine alignment what do i need to do for that?

Locate a factory service manual, It is worth its weight in gold for repairs on the ski.
