96 montego DLX 640 wet or Dry exaust overheating Issue

My ski is bogging down after a few Min.water outlet on port side is discharging water good ,but no water out exaust pipe is this normal or should I have water discharging from both,
I had a lot of sea grass today ,in inlet plate and ,I think I cleared it.Were is the engine water intake located,
I just bought this ski,ordered manual today,But am worried about overheating it,and am wondering if it's going into limp home mode!

Yes water should be coming out of the pump. Trace the water inlet line that goes from the pump to the engine, blow compressed air through the hoses and check for cloggs.

? is cooling water supose to come out exaust outlet{ wet exaust}I have port side cooling water fine .nothing @ exaust outlet.not jet outlet.
