1994 Tigershark bogs down on take off

Tigershark will idle good for about 15 seconds then slowly go to rough and cutoff after having to use ether to start. Will stay on if I give it some throttle. On acceleration from idle the jet ski will bog down and cut off, if I give it the throttle slowly it will accelerate to full speed and run fine with full throttle.
Also only on sharp right turns, the jet ski will bog down and go to idle. Any suggestions? Carb rebuild needed?
