97 Yamaha Wave Venture 760

I just installed a new SBT engine in this 97' Wave Venture 760. I rebuilt the carbs, and want to confirm the stock/initial carb settings. I set the pop off at 32-33 psi on both carbs. I set the highs @1/2 out and the lows @1 & 3/4 out.

The Clymers manual has different settings for the fore and aft carbs, which has me second guessing myself. Are my settings OK?

760 - Low Speed – 1-5/8 +/- ¼
High Speed – 3/8 +/- ¼
