I Use The Yamaha Lube Semi Synthetic Oil For Watercraft,is There Any Better Oil That I Should Be Using For My Gp 1200

Carl at Island Racing is a real expert on PWC oils, so you might ask him. Yamalube is fine. I used to use the inexpensive SuperTech oil from Wal-Mart - that is, until I disassembled the exhaust on my Venture 700. It made a goopy mess. I now use Pennzoil marine 100% synthetic. Others use Amsoil, Redline, Klotz, Mobil 1, etc. Full synthetic is more expensive than other oils, but I believe it does a better job of lubrication and it burns much cleaner than regular oil or blends.
