Xl1200 NPV, while putting the motor in the nipple fitting for the mag cover 'popped' off. It appears to be epoxied or soldered in place. Is this a pulse line? I don't want to pull the cover off if possible to fix it. Any ideas?

Are you taking about the nipple that connects the grease line for easy lubrication of the starter bendix?
If so then just get some JB Weld and epoxy it back in. Clean it very well with contact cleaner and scrath it up some so the epoxy will hold.Providing mobile JetSki service to the Charlotte / Lake Wylie area. -
