How would u do this?

I have a '91 vxr. I just bought a 500gph auto bilge pump. How and where would u mount the pump and where would u put the discharge? How should I wire it? If with a switch, where should I put it?

somewhere in the rear of the hull under the ice chest if you can if you cant put it near the firewall where the driveshaft motor coupling is.
have the through hull fitting run to the side or rear of the ski.
to wire it run a ground wire to battery post or motor ground bolt. the positive cable goes from the positive termianl of the battery ( use a inline fuse) to a switch and then to the positive on the pump. you could also wire it with a relay
