  • Oil mixture for yamaha 650 superjet

What oil mixture is best with new bore with .25 pistons?
    Mostly rec driving.

Read a looooong thread about a guy who had a little to much oil in the mix, sure nice to avoid that.....
No , its not a Kawa its a Yama , I just love the color!

On a new rebuild, you want a lil more oil mixed with your gas(assuming premix).

32:1 for breakin(do not use synthetic here)
    50:1 after breakin(I recomend Yamalube)

check out the breakin tech article on this site.

        50:1 equals 2%

In my case 2 dl oil to 10 liters of fuel

        Right?

Any pros cons in how mix the oil , early before or just before racing ?
