Routing of water , in/out what goes were?

I noticed some things in my cooling that doesn´t seem right.
Today my cooling is like this : From pump into the lower nipple on pipe.
And the other nipple on pipe and the nipple from head goes into a Y and out the pisser.

Shouldn´t it be : From pump into a Y then into lower nipple on pipe and head,
and the last nipple left is going out to pisser?

Or should it go from pump to a T , from there one goes flush and the other goes to lower nipple on pipe , then from other nipple on pipe to head .

And also were do I connect the pisser ?

the first connection is the stock setup...and is correct

After studying HLSM 3 is the one that looks closest , but there is no T in HLSMs pictures.

Docs on engine in tech pages states that nipple on head is inlet.

Thats it folks!

The ski is ready to start break in , but I still not sure how the hoses fit .

There is one nipple on the head
There is one nipple on the pipe close to cylinder
There is one nipple on the back of pipe

And of course there is the nipple from pump.

And I have a pisser on the side of hull , nice to see that water is running thru.

From the tech article the head nipple is water inlet, is that wrong?

Anyhow please help me , Im hope to get the ski down to the sea this weekend and start breakin it in.

Pump to back of exhaust manifold. Side pipe fitting to head. Water bypass to top front of pipe.

That is what I have done , hoped it was right.
