BN 38 or BN 44

In my 650 superjet 93 mod I got a carburator that looks like the BN44 image but it got the gasket that is 6a in rebuild kit ?

Also it got the high/adjuster like BN44

My carburator also has surface like 38 were the gasket 6a goes not the flat one like on BN44

Im confused right now...

Is normal rebuild kit ok?

Can anyone help me out here?

It seems like late BN44 uses the BN38 parts closest to carb housing .
