I re-checked compression. 152 and 155. Good sign. I now am waiting on NEW carb gaskets. I doubt that the reed cages would come loose at the same time as my pal got bad gas.

I need to remove the carb anyway, so I will look at that.

I took the intake manifold off and the reeds looked fine.

I got my new primer kit and jb welded the fittings to my Mikuni SBN carb.

MY gaskets came in and I put the baby back together. I hit the primer three times and fired her up. She is running fine now.

I guess originally I got bad gas. Then I removed and rebuilt carbs. One of the gaskets must have been bad then the ski was sucking air. After the new gaskets, she is fine.
