    buddy of mine has a raider 760... it has started bogging when you open it up at first... if you go slow.. it revs fine... and if you are up on plane... and gas it... it does ok... from a stop...and gas it... it bogs bad... he isnt the brightest out there i must say... when he un-winterized it... it wouldnt start... so instead of pouring gas into the carb and priming it... (dont laugh too hard on this next thing).. his brother in law told him to pour gas directly down the cylinders... i checked his compression lastnight and the one cylinder is at 150... the other is at 135... the ski runs good as long as you are moving... what type of lifespan is he looking at before this motor goes under? sorry so long... and thanks for replies [img]/graemlins/cwm27.gif[/img]

    He already has some damage, the performance could be from the damage or could simply be from mis-tuned carbs. You are at least 5psi low on that rear cylinder.

    I would pop the head and inspect as best you can.
