Anyone know what I should torque my head to? 2000 GP 760. TIA.

From the inside out in a criss-cross pattern, 11 ft. lbs. then 22 ft. lbs.

do you need to torque high compression heads any higher than normal?

No, that has nothing to do with it.

I'd think that the higher the compression, the higher the pressure in the head.. the more likely to blow the head gasket, thus, torquing the head bolts/nuts to a higher rating would lessen the chance of a blown head gasket.

            seems logical to me anyway

LOL - no. The head is either torqued correctly or it's not, it has no dependance on the compression. The torque specs are dependant on the size and material of the bolts and cylinders.
