If someone has the stock carb settings for this, please post them. I tried 1/2 on the H and 1 3/4 on the L but am not sure if this is right. After reading the plugs almost seemed too lean. Tried 1 1/2 on the high and was way too rich. I almost think the problem is something other than this. It accelerates fine until 1/2 throttle then from 1/2 to WOT there seems to be no gain in power or speed. Looked for blockages and dirt throughout the fuel system but all seems ok. Of course could be internal problems in the carbs? Any help would be most appreciated!!!

Yes i would rebuild, you probably have some internal clogging.
