2 Problems

Ok first problem is with a 550wr 1989, 9 times out of 10 when you give it gas in the water (sometimes out) it stalls. Once you get it going you are fine you can start and go no problems but if the engine stops then it is 50/50 wether it will run or stall..

Second, instrument panel for a 96 Waveraider how much and where can I get them? Also how hard to put in?
