I recently purchased This ski what a great product, just the mix of performance and comfort I wanted. Unfortunately the ski did not come with the owners manual. My primary concern is how to use the Speedo console. I know there is a way to lock and unlock it. Hell its so locked i cant even change the Clock!!! I understand there is also a way to electrically shut the ski down so only you or someone with the code can unlock and start it. Also the only mod i put on was a Solas 11/14 prop with that im still only getting 47-51 mph is that normal 125hrs on ski. Jet-tech Seaford NY did the work. Nice group if guys if there local to you id recommend. Thanks

You can download the owners manual from www.yamaha.com, it comes in pdf form. As for the speed a friend of mine has a 2003 xl800 and with me on it(220 lbs) pretty calm water and full of fuel it topped out at 52. Her ski is totally stock, 34 hrs.
