  • Fixing a hole in the crankcase.

There's a 1.5 by .5 inch hole in the bottom of the crankcase of my wave venture 1100. It's right under the number 1 piston. Can it just be welded or sealed up with some jb-weld or something?

    Thanks.

If you are exchanging the block with us it will be a $50 weld charge. If you just need to get it repaired you will need to get it TIG welded then make sure you pressure check the engine after assembly.
