clearances for weiscos

I am about to bore my 701 from 81mm to 83 mm how much extra clearance should I leave besides what weisco recommends they asy .040 I was thinking around .060

0.0060" to 0.0070" is safe.

What am I missing here. Could you be a off by a decimal point? Shouldn't clearance be in the .006" range?
