Is the electronics,carbs,etc in a 99 xl 1200 limited compatible with a 1300PV motor? My ski put a rod through the case and I am looking for a used engine. If I cant find a used one, I am going to have SBT rebuild mine. I am umemployed right now and am trying to get this ski running as inexpensively as possible. Can I get away with cleaning the carbs rather than rebuilding, they were running perfect before the lower rod bearing went out. I am also looking for some other used parts such as: one rubber motor mount, one reed cage, starter bendix gear, and if I cant find a used motor, I'll need the upper half of the crankcase. If anyone knows where I find find these parts cheap, let me know. Thanks.
