Can a 760 block be used in place of a 701 62T

Can I use a 760 shortblock as a drop in replacement for my 701 62T twin carb engine in my '95 WaveRaider Deluxe? Will the electronics (stator, CDI) from the 701 work?

It is my understanding that the stock 701 Raider carbs and exhaust will work ok. Any thoughts on what I would need to do with the jetting?

Is there anything else that might be different?
