Heres the fellows ad.
"I’m selling my 1999 Yamaha XL 1200 Limited wave runner. The motor is in perfect condition and it is tricked out with all Riva Racing Gear. It has some cosmetic wear and tear but no body will notice once you are cruising at 60+ miles/hour.
This WaveRunner is as fast as they get, it gets to speeds of over 60 miles/hour and can still turn on a dime. It is a 3 seater, and perfect for recreation or for the speed junkie. Additionally it has a brand new high performance battery and less than 80 hours on the motor.
I’m including with the Waverunner:
Trailer, Cover, 2 Slalom Skies (Brand new), 3 life jackets (Practically brand new) and 2 ski ropes (practically brand new).

He is located in NY and I think his boat lic # says IL is that not Illinois, should I be concerned?
From another ad I don't think he knows what Riva stuff is installed.
What coulgd it possible have.
