When trying to remove the 4 regulator chamber screws to use an SBT cart rebuild kit, the screws heads keep stripping, any suggestions on getting these off easier? feels like whoever did this the first time used red loctite instead of blue.

Once you get them out, you can replace the phillips head bolts with stainless steel socket head bolts. That will make future rebuilds easier. Hot Products has a kit for Mikuni Super BN, but I dont know if it works for the I-Series.Comment
