Cruiser wont turn over since lifting out of water

Hello - I have an FX cruiser with 87 hours on it (4yrs old). Engine has always kicked over within 2 secs. Yesterday, i came back from a 30 min ride. Pulled the ski out of the water and went to flush. I can not get the engine to turn over. Just cranks away as if there is no spark, or no gas. Item of note which this time which isnt typical. The ski lift harness of back a bit far, so when I raised the ski, it was tilted nose down, not level.

Any help would be appreciated. Just started vacation and the ski was a major part of it.
