Default Carb settings on a Yamaha 500T

I want to clean out the carb on my 500 T as it has sat for a long time and would like the Default screw settings to get me started.

I'm interested in doing one myself. I'm kind of a beginner and any tips would be helpful. Where did you get the video? Where did you buy the replacement gaskets?

500 - Low Speed – 1-1/4 +/- ¼
High Speed – ¾ +/- ¼
