carb differences

hello,

i need a new set of carbs for my 1999 LS2000 jetboat with 1200 npv motors
2 new SBT motors - half installed so far

can you tell me if the carbs off of a gp1200 or 1200 SUV or any other model of 1200 npv will work?

are they the same?

The carbs are the same, but the jetting is probably different. Check the microfiche at www.hlsm.com for whatever models you are considering using to verify jetting.

they look the same, jets the same

although the 1998 model shows only one jet while 1999 model shows 2 jets

will the older ones work in a newer engine?

the older ones have replacement part numbers as the 1999 oners

boat drowned, carbs drowned, previous owner left it for a year

carbs corroded solid


have two new SBT engines, need carbs, just wasnt sure on model years and engines these carbs came on
