Re: cooling system diagram
Do you the factory Yamaha service manual ?
Where is the water coming from exactly ? Got pic(s) and edited in "paint" to show where the leak you is seeing.
Another thought is go to HLSM.com, or the Riva site, and use the parts finder section, and study the pics there to jog your mind as to whether there might be a clamp you forgot or improper hose routing.... Hopefully you did not take apart the large rubber boot at top of manifold, as there is another section fo tubing inside there with 2 clamps to seperate the exhaust flow from the water jacket.***1100 Venture***
OE head mod-- by Riva Yamaha
Wiseco (+ .5mm)
True-welded crank
Riva F/A+ Jet kit
Boyeson Power reeds
Riva 1100 CDI
NGK plugs- BR8HS
R&D Aqua-Vein
Solas 14-21 Super Camber//Impros
Riva rideplate
Amsoil "AIO" @ 50:1 pre-mix, currently KLOTZ Ski-Craft
MOBIL-1 grease in the pump
Sears Diehard

Dream-meter shows 65---- GPS says 54.2 mph best, 9/14/02 @ 850 ft elevation
