i recently bought a waveblaster 2. when running my ski reacts kinda jumpy.i will give it a small pull on the throttle and it wont do anything and then all the sudden it will go. then when running full throttle after 10 seconds it like it has a second wind then picks up more power.

Most likely it's time to rebuild the carbs - also check your fuel filter for contamination.
