Break-in Oil Ratio

I have a block off kit already, and I am draining the fuel tank. Whats the best way and ratio for the break-in oil + regular oil? Or do I just use the break-in oil for the first tank then switch to my normal oil afterwards? I run Penzoil Synth blend.
