i bought a set of filters for the carbs and theguy im got to do it told me that i need new carbs cause he said he cant adjust them but stock carbs on the gpr cant be adjusted or can they? so how do i install them myself? cause this mechanic is a waster he had my ski 8 weeks to replace a motor and hes still not finished so i need help to finish it myself?

#1 you need to drill out the plugs over the screws to get to them. #2 you don't compensate for aftermarekt filters only though the adjusters, they need to be rejetted and pop-off adjusted. Do not use the filters if you are not going to do this.
