Just a question I have just rebuilt an 95 1100 Waveraider just finished running it in, but after the second tank I put 30 litres of fuel in and 3 litres of oil and there is around 5 litres of fuel left and nearly no oil. Given it's running 50:1 thats around 500ml of oil which means I should have heaps of oil left, could the hose size on the injectors be an issue or is there a way to limit the amount of oil ? or do they use heaps of oil ? seems a bit heavy on the oil side!

Your oil pump should be indexed correctly, there is a line on the pump lever that lines up to place on the pump housing, check the alignment.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
