Charge coil produces A/C voltage to send to the regulator/rectifier to be converted to D/C voltage to keep the battery charged and run the electrical system for ignition.

you would think that becuase it's called the charge coil it has to do with the charging sysstem, but in the factory schematics it has nothing to do with the charging system but somehow is involved with the ignition system. I have no spark and this is the only think that doesn't check out. Already swapped ignition module w/another but didn't fix the problem

Did you check your start switch? The switch has two connecter a black one and a red one.
The black connecter will have a blk and wht wire, this gives a ground to CDI and will kill excitation volt, (no spark).
