Which Crankcase parts interchange with bottom half of 1994 701T

I threw a rod in my 1994 Waverunner III with the 710cc motor and broke the bottom half of the crankcase. Want to exchange but from the picture, SBT estimated $300 to weld up the hole so looking for used lower half of the case if I can get it cheap enough. I found a 1997 GP760 case reasonable. I know the upper half is different but will the lower half match up to my upper half on my 701? I understand the crankshaft is the same and pictures on the web look the same.

You cannot just replace the 1/2, the cases are matched, upper and lower are a matched set. You will need to find a good salvageable case for a core.
