I recently bought 2 1995 yamaha waveraider 700s. Took them out to the lake last weekend and thet ran great all day. However they seemed to use a lot of oil. I have read that I should bypass the oil pump and premix myself. Any thoughts on this and if so which aftermarket website and part should I use? Also how hard is it to winterize these myself or should I let the dealership do this? This is the first pwc that I have owned so any other info would be appreciated. Thanks

Pre-mix is a fail safe on older pwc's, it's not a bad idea to do it. Winterizing is easy, read our tech tips on how to do it, any questions feel free to call us we can help you through it.
