Problems w/ 96 wave venture 1100 Speedometer

The speedometer on my 96' wave venture 1100 is not showing the full read out, i.e. digital fuel and oil gauge, hr meter, and speedometer. It displays half of the speedometer reading, and the fuel and oil gauges are very faint, and sometimes they cant be seen. Any ideas what could be wrong with the gauge? Thanks in advance for the help.

The L.C.D. is shot replace it. There is no fixing it.
