96 Waveraider 1100. Seal replacement how to!!

Ok so I replace the coil pack due to #3 wire getting no spark. Problem fixed! Then I drive to the lake and put the ski in the water. Now it decides its not going to go past 20mph. I get back to the dock and pop open the hull and smokes just rolls out of the hull. I look noticed that the rear seal where the drive shaft comes outta the case has blown out. The ? is how does that shaft come out to replace that seal? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am assuming this is the PTO and it should screw off right??

Yes but you will have to hold the crank for spinning, go to the SBT engine replacement instructions and they have a great right up on how to do it.
