Should i buy,,,19991200 xlt le,,,$600.00

I have someone who has a 1999xlt le 1200,he said he bought was going to rebuild bt never did and is now going into the army.
he said engine is out,and jet pump may need rebuilding ,hull good so is $600.00 worth it with trailer.

It could be if the hull is in nice shape and the electrical is all good.
