how do i get this thing out of limp mode , we were riding and gots some trash restricting water intake , after removing this it would not throttle up past 4500rpms runs great up to 4500 rpm's . carbs are rebuilt motor has less than 30 hrs since compleat overhaul .and has great compression , just seems like some kind of rpm limiter to prevent damage to motor and components , was wondering if anybody has some idea about clearing this out ?????
