I have an issue with my power valves not opening all the time or at least thats what i think is happening anyway. Sometimes it will peak at 45 mph & if i back off to about 42 mph for a second or 2 you can feel the power valves open & hit top speed. do i need to adjust the timing of when they open or could they just need cleaning?
