2003 SUV Display intermittent

My display works great at start and low rpms. Once I start to bring up the rpms it shuts off. Most of the time it comes back on at low rpms. If i shut down and start back up it comes back on. Have cleaned and checked the connectors and they look good.

Dont have an answer for you but sounds more like the cdi than the gauge.
